Medical imaging Technology is a process of Creating Visual images of the interior of a body for clinical analysis and medical purposes of recognizing diseases. Course provides students with a broad knowledge in biophysical and health sciences to enable them to acquire theoretical and practical know-how in handling radio imaging equipments and procedures. . This is a comprehensive course with lectures, demonstrations, practical and clinical experience in the delivery of Imaging Technology. After successful completion of program a student will be capable of holding assignments in hospital and health care institutions, research laboratories and diagnostic centers. He may work as Medical Imaging technologist, Applications specialist for Equipments, Interventional Radiology Specialist, Radiology information specialist etc.
