Dear Learners,

NIOS Public Examinations for Secondary, Senior Secondary and Vocational courses are going to be commenced from 06 April 2024.

As you all know that like CBSE and ICSE Board, NIOS is also a National Board of the Government of India, hence like CBSE and ICSE, a new pattern of question papers has been implemented in the examinations this time.

According to the new pattern, the number of multiple choice questions has now been increased, which will make it easier for the candidates to score more marks. Apart from this, the pattern is similar to the competitive examinations, so the candidates will get the experience of future competitive examinations also.

I hope that the candidates will get more benefit from this new initiative.

प्रिय शिक्षार्थियों,

संस्थान द्वारा अप्रैल/मई-2024 मे माध्यमिक, उच्चतर माध्यमिक तथा व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमो की सार्वजनिक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित की जाएंगी। जिनका शुभारंभ 06 अप्रैल 2024 से होने जा रहा है।

जैसा कि आप सभी को विदित है कि सीबीएसई तथा आईसीएसई बोर्ड कि भांति एनआईओएस भी भारत सरकार का एक राष्ट्रीय बोर्ड है, अतः सीबीएसई तथा आईसीएसई की तरह ही इस बार की परीक्षाओं के लिए प्रश्नपत्रों का नया पैटर्न लागू किया गया है।

नए पैटर्न के अनुसार अब बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नों की संख्या को बढ़ा दिया गया है, जिससे परीक्षार्थियों को अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने मे सरलता होगी। इसके अतिरिक्त यह पैटर्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं से मिलता जुलता है तो परीक्षार्थियों को भविष्य की प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का भी अनुभव अभी से मिल जाएगा।

आशा करता हूँ कि इस नयी पहल से परीक्षार्थियों को अधिक लाभ मिलेगा।
